Tom-avocado Snack/Salad

Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients
Every Body Eat™ Cheese-Less thins
1 avocado
1 c cherry or grape tomatoes
balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper

 

Slice up the avocado and tomatoes and mix together with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar and salt and pepper to taste. Serve with a side of Cheese-Less thins.

Alternately, place avocado slices on the thins and sprinkle with a little black pepper. Serve the tomatoes on the side with a drizzle of balsamic.
