How are Every Body Eat products different from other brands?

Food is the cornerstone of human connection, but when a food allergy or intolerance enters the family, that dynamic is blown apart. We understand that and want to make eating together easy for everybody, regardless of dietary restrictions or preferences.

Unlike most “free-from” food brands, our products are free from the 15 ingredients (the European Union top 14, plus corn) that are associated with more than 90% of food allergies—not just one or two ingredients. We manufacture in clean facilities that are also free free from these ingredients, minimizing risk of cross-contamination. 

Our foods are free from wheat/gluten, milk/dairy, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, corn, sesame, eggs, mustard, celery, lupins, sulfites, fish, shellfish, and molluscs.

But best of all, our “free-from” foods are so delicious, you’ll fight for seconds.

We're a small, family-run company based in Evanston, Illinois, and we're doing our best to keep up with the overwhelming demand for our food. We believe that food should be safe, delicious, easy to eat, and even easier to share. Our products are made to fit your lifestyle and your eating preferences, so everybody can eat together at the dinner table again. What are the ingredients in your thins?

Cheese-Less Thins:  potato starch, brown rice flour, extra virgin olive oil, nutritional yeast, paprika, sea salt, garlic, white pepper 

Chive & Garlic Thins: brown rice flour, potato starch, extra virgin olive oil, hemp seeds, sea salt, garlic, onion, chives 

Sea Salt Chia Thins:  brown rice flour, potato starch, extra virgin olive oil, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, sea salt, garlic, white pepper

What ingredients do you avoid?

Our products are free from the 15 ingredients (the European Union top 14, plus corn) that are associated with more than 90% of food allergies, and we manufacture in clean facilities that are also free from these ingredients, minimizing risk of cross-contamination. Our ingredient list complies with and goes beyond the US’s top 8, Canada’s top 12, and the EU’s top 14 priority allergens.

Our foods are free from wheat/gluten, milk/dairy, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, corn, sesame, eggs, mustard, celery, lupins, sulfites, fish, shellfish, and molluscs.

How do you choose your ingredients?

We have searched high and low to find the highest quality, whole food ingredients that are not typically associated with food allergies. We monitor our sourcing and supply chain very carefully to ensure a reduced risk of cross-contamination with problematic ingredients. We prioritize nutrient-dense, delicious ingredients that you’d feel good about eating and sharing!

Why do you only sell in packs of 8?

For now, on our website we are only able to sell our thins in packs of 8. We are also available in select stores in the Chicagoland area where you can purchase by the bag.

I have a severe nut allergy. Can I eat your products?

Yes, our products and manufacturing facilities are strictly free from peanuts and tree nuts. We enforce the highest standards of safety and quality to keep our products free from nuts, in addition to 14 other ingredients associated with common food allergies.

Do your foods contain GMOs?

We do not use GMOs in any of our products.

Are your products organic?

Our products are not currently certified organic. However, we try to use organic ingredients when possible. It is our first priority to source only the highest quality ingredients from vendors that follow our standard of being free from the top 15 ingredients associated with the most common food allergens.

Are your foods suitable for special diets or food intolerances?

Our thins are made with nutrient-dense ingredients suitable for vegan, plant-based, Whole 30™, paleo, and adapted autoimmune disease diets.

How long will your thins stay fresh?

Our thins will stay fresh for 60 days, if you don’t eat them before then!

SHIPPING

What is your shipping policy?

We ship using USPS ground.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped out of Evanston, IL.

Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Refunds or replacements will be issued for damaged or missing goods reported within three days of receiving delivery. Our shipping provider reserves the right to inspect damaged goods prior to issuing a claim; please hold damaged goods for two weeks.

When will my order ship?

Once you place your order, we’ll process and ship it out within 1-2 business days using USPS. You will get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way and you should expect it in 7-10 business days.

How do I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, log into your account at everybodyeating.com and click “Order.” You can also reference your shipping confirmation and tracking information, emailed to you at the time your order shipped.

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

We stand by our products and are committed to customer satisfaction. If there is a problem with your order, we will address replacements or refunds on a case-by-case basis. If there is an issue with your order or you’d like to talk to us about your experience, please email refunds@everybodyeating.com and provide us with a description of the product and its defects (if applicable), lot number, and photos of the product and packaging. We will then contact you with next steps.
