Refund policy

Returns

Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. We are 100% committed to customer satisfaction and offer refunds and/or replacements on a case-by-case basis. When seeking a refund or replacement, we require a description of the product, lot number, photos of the product, product packaging, shipping container, shipping materials, and the shipping label.

Refunds

Once your refund/replacement request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund/replacement request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

Depending on your bank's policy, refunds often take up to 14 days to process. Check with your bank if you do not see your refund posted within this time period after we notified you that it was approved.
