Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Currently, Every Body Eat™ cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Currently we cannot accommodate international shipping outside the United States. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Shipment Processing Time & Delivery
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, then shipped. Shipping takes approximately 7-10 days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We cannot be responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier. You can always track your shipment using the tracking information emailed to you at the time of your order.
Every Body Eat™ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Replacements, Refunds & Returns
We stand by our products and are committed to customer satisfaction. If there is a problem with your order, we will address replacements or refunds on a case-by-case basis. If there is an issue with your order or you’d like to talk to us about your experience, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with a description of the product and its defects (if applicable), lot number, and photos of the product and packaging. We will then contact you with next steps.
Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds often take up to 14 days to process, depending on your bank's policy. Check with your bank if you do not see your refund post within this time period after we've notified you that your refund was approved.
