2 T fresh chives
2 T fresh dill
3 T flat-leaf parsley
5 cloves roasted garlic
2 T lemon juice
½ t salt
3 T avocado oil
2 cups cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
Pulse garlic in food processor until minced, add herbs, then pulse again. Add the beans, 2 T oil, and 2 T lemon juice. Process until smooth, adding the remaining oil and lemon juiced as desired. Salt to taste.
