sunflower seed butter (or other seed butter) apple
jam
cinnamon

 

 

Grab a jar of your favorite seed butter (we used sunflower seed butter) and a pouch of our Sea Salt Chia thins and try these easy, allergy-friendly variations on peanut butter snacks.

SEEDY APPLE SNACK

Apply a dollop of seed butter to your thins and serve with a side
of sliced apples (Granny Smiths add a welcome tartness). Pro tip: Sometimes it’s hard to find unsweetened seed butters—if the butter is too sugary, add a pinch of salt on top of the dollop to tone down the sweetness and bring out the savory.

Spread seed butter and your favorite jam or preserves on a handful of thins. Voila! The classic goes gluten- and nut-free.

CINNAMON CHIA CRUNCH

Spread a dollop of sweetened seed butter on your thins, then top with a sprinkling of cinnamon. A yummy breakfast treat!
